I was going to Patagonia and was warned that I needed rain pants. I didn't want to spend a lot, knowing that I'd probably never wear them again. I wasn't disappointed. I even love the little pouch they came in. Makes the pants easy to pack.

You get what you pay for. It is cheap and affordable. It is not heavy duty raingear like the brand name expensive stuff, but it does the trick just the same. Waterproof! Not water resistant and breathable. Now go get it!

These pants worked pretty well on my trip to Alaska. It did rain but kept me dry. I got a Medium and I'm about 5'10". I would probably opt for the large if I needed another pair. Worked great and the price was reasonable. I liked the fact that it rolled up and fit in a little bag that was included. That way I could just snap them onto my backpack and grab them as needed.
